First checks
- Confirm the correct account and organisation
- Refresh and sign in again
- Try a supported browser and current version
- Check the userβs role and content visibility
- Confirm dates, status and publication settings
Common problems
A user cannot see content
Check audience, role, group, publication status and date restrictions.
An invitation was not received
Check the email address, spam folder, invitation status and whether an account already exists.
Changes are not visible
Confirm the item was saved or published and rule out cached browser content.
Escalating to support
Include the organisation, user email, page, approximate time, expected result, actual result, browser and screenshots. Do not send passwords or private security keys.
