Before you begin
Confirm that you have an administrator account, the correct organisation selected and the branding or content assets needed for your initial setup.
First-time setup

Sign in to the admin area
Use the administrator link and credentials supplied during onboarding.

Check your organisation
Confirm the organisation name and environment before making changes.

Review roles and administrators
Only give each team member the access needed for their responsibilities.

Complete essential settings
Add branding, support details, default email information and any required policies.

Create a small test journey
Publish one test item, invite a test user and complete the journey before launching publicly.

- Administrators and permissions checked
- Branding and support details approved
- Welcome content published
- Invitation email tested
- Member experience checked on desktop and mobile
