Translate the client onboarding questionnaire into a complete, organised set of portal-build inputs.
Questionnaire-to-build checklist
Use this page to verify that the client onboarding questionnaire contains everything required for the Super Admin build.

| Client/portal name | Approved spelling and capitalisation | Use consistently across email and login content. |
| Initial administrator | Name, business email, country | Confirm the person is authorised by the client. |
| Portal type | Agreed in project scope | Escalate ambiguity before creation. |
| Business sector | Closest available platform option | Record any compromise in the project notes. |
| Light-mode colours | Hex/RGB values supplied | Check contrast. |
| Dark-mode colours | Hex/RGB values supplied or Buzzmint-approved defaults | Do not simply invert colours. |
| Login background | Landscape asset, approved crop | Avoid essential details near edges. |
| Login logo | Transparent PNG/SVG where supported | Check against the login-box colour. |
| Sidebar/navigation logo | Readable at small size | Prefer a simplified mark where needed. |
| Favicon | Square icon supplied | Check at browser-tab size. |
| Dashboard welcome image | Approved, correctly cropped | Test on desktop and mobile. |
| Email logo | Readable in email clients | Avoid excessive dimensions. |
| Terms URL | Live and client approved | Open in an incognito/private window. |
| Login-page copy | Final approved text | Check grammar and line length. |
